My job is to help my clients overcome barriers and resistance to change, as well as the financial fallouts of failed organizational projects. I help them navigate how to adapt to the ever-changing tide of technological disruptions and fast-paced change.
With over 20 years of experience working with a broad range of organizations globally including RBC, TD, Deloitte, Loblaws, and JP Morgan Chase, I’ve helped today’s industry leaders manage their Strategic, Technology and Regulatory Change Initiatives, and more fully realize their return on investments.
